All Felt Instruments sounds that you purchase are licensed, not sold to you. This license is personal and cannot be transferred. By downloading any of the Felt Instruments sounds, you agree to the terms outlined below:
YOU MAY:

Use the sounds in your own compositions, either personal or commercial, without any additional fees or restrictions;
Install the sounds on multiple computers as long as you are the only owner of these machines and are not sharing your license with others.

YOU MAY NOT:

Make copies of the sounds or any of the Felt Instruments players, as a whole or in part, with the intention of re-distributing, selling or giving them away. This includes making any of the content of the sounds available on a network through any file sharing services;
Use any of the included sounds for training of AI / machine learning models;
Re-use or re-package any of the sounds content in another virtual instrument, sample library, sound effect library or loop or effect library of any kind;
Re-sell the license to another person without written consent of Felt Instruments.

REFUNDS:
By completing the purchase, you give your express permission that the performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Since all products are delivered as digital downloads, refunds, returns or exchanges are not possible.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Using Felt Instruments’ sounds and any supplied software is at the licensee’s own risk. Felt Instruments holds no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss arising from any form of use of this product.
AI AND MACHINE LEARNING:
As a copyright holder, I hereby make a reservation of my rights for the purpose of all activities constituting text and data mining. The reservation applies to all works, in which I hold copyright (author’s economic rights), to the extent that such works comprise, in whole or in part, any type of disseminated content.
Any acts of text and data mining carried out in relation to content that includes works, in which I hold copyright, without obtaining my authorization shall constitute an infringement of my rights. The plugins released by Felt Instruments, and all of the associated content cannot be used to train AI models without written permission of Felt Instruments.
